"We have a 68 unit building that needed a good cleaning and Peak Home Maintenance did an amazing job!!
They were just newly starting out and I think we were their first building. They didn’t disappoint that’s for sure!!
We had received a very detailed scope of work and quote in the beginning submitted to our management company.
I remember our manager saying she has never seen a quote so perfectly detailed before. Liam, Alex and their crew spent three days from the rooftop to the sidewalk doing everything from Moss removal to cleaning absolutely everything. Our rooftop looked great after they were done, we also had all of the balconies, patios at ground level, glass doors and windows cleaned. Most people removed things off their balcony in order for the guys to do a good job but for a couple of elderly folks we have challenged they were offered help by the guys. I have never experienced a more professional company before go above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. There was a period of time where the lift that they hired was not working properly however. Of course, this was not their fault but what they did while they were waiting for a new lift to be delivered was super impressive!! They spent time power washing the sidewalks in the front of our building!! We never asked for that part but we and I’m sure the City Of Langley thank you !! Another area council was extremely impressed with they are didn’t take any shortcuts in making sure that safety was put first for their staff and the public walking on the sidewalk.
